Githunguri Dairy Farmers Cooperative Society has a board of nine directors and three supervisory committee members elected at the annual general meeting. The Board of Directors bring diversity in the board as they have a wealth of experience from their careers in the private and public sectors.

The Board of Directors’ steers the company’s strategic direction and play a pivotal role in approving the company’s strategic plan. This ensures the organization’s prosperity is maximized to meet the interest of its shareholders and stakeholders.
